Week 3- #PB4L #Maths #Scienceroadshow




This week Whakapono 19 learnt
about the Rowandale School PB4L

First step was Assembly and hall.

Accepting certificates- using our 100% attendance children 

Coming to the receive your certificate we talked about.  Firm hand shake, using your manners and be proud.

Lastly how to sit on the stage

Maths-  Using Arrays to solve Multiplications 


Children are let to explore how solve 4 x 3=

The children were introduce to the vocabulary of multiplication, columns, rows, repeated addition, skip counting.

On Friday the Whakapono team had an awesome experience going to the science roadshow.  

the children were able to watch a show.  Then go onto explore different science exhibits.
